JOB SUMMARY :

The Banquet Bartender is responsible for taking orders, preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to our guests, while maintaining a high degree of professionalism, courtesy and efficiency. The Banquet Bartender is responsible for the set-up and breakdown of all Banquet Bar functions.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must have a complete knowledge of all aspects of Food & Beverage operations and demonstrate professionalism. Strong verbal communication skills Works well under stress Team player Customer service orientated Friendly and outgoing Knowledge of recipes for our standard and not so standard drinks Must have at least one year of Bartending experience or Bartender training
