This energetic role offers the opportunity to work both indoors and outdoors, utilizing your skills in landscape maintenance, lawn care, and general cabin and marina upkeep to create inviting environments. You will be responsible for ensuring all grounds are well-kept, equipment is properly maintained, and landscapes flourish through your proactive efforts and attention to detail. If you thrive in a hands-on role that combines groundskeeping expertise with maintenance know-how, this position is perfect for you! Duties Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, planting, and pruning to keep grounds vibrant and healthy Operate power tools such as lawnmowers, hedge trimmers, blowers, and other landscaping equipment safely and efficiently Operate skid-steer and other outdoor equipment for hauling and landscaping Use hand tools for planting, digging, edging, and general grounds upkeep Conduct routine inspections of grounds to identify areas needing attention or repair Assist with seasonal gardening tasks such as mulching, fertilizing, and pest control to promote healthy growth Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and stored after use to extend lifespan and safety Qualifications Proven experience and knowledge in landscaping, gardening, and groundskeeping roles Familiarity with landscape maintenance techniques Ability to operate power tools, hand tools and heavy equipment safely and effectively Familiarity with lawn care practices including mowing, fertilizing, aerating, and pest management Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to grounds upkeep Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions including lifting heavy equipment or materials when needed Good communication skills and ability to follow safety protocols diligently Join us in creating beautiful outdoor spaces that inspire pride!
