Responsibilities Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including arranging tables, chairs, linens, and décor to create inviting atmospheres Serve food and beverages with professionalism and enthusiasm, ensuring timely delivery and guest satisfaction Assist with food handling, food preparation, and replenishing supplies during events to maintain quality standards Clear tables efficiently, bussing dishes and maintaining cleanliness throughout the event Engage with guests courteously, providing excellent guest relations and addressing any special requests or needs Follow all food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures to ensure a safe dining experience Support catering operations by assisting with setup, service, and breakdown of event spaces as needed Requirements Previous experience in the food industry, catering, or restaurant service is highly preferred Strong knowledge of hospitality principles and guest services best practices Experience with banquet setup, serving, bussing, or food handling is a plus Ability to stand for extended periods and move quickly between tasks in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling techniques Previous hotel or coffee service experience is advantageous but not required A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable guest experiences Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to hospitality excellence!
