Bar Lead - Creative Cocktail Program

The Rococo Dessert Bar is seeking a highly creative bartender with a strong point of view to lead our cocktail program.

This is not a standard bartending role. We are looking for someone who has developed original cocktails, understands flavor at a conceptual level, and is ready to take full creative ownership of a beverage program.

You ll be pairing cocktails with plated desserts, building flavor-driven experiences not just making drinks.

This Role If You:

Have created original cocktails, not just executed recipesThink in flavor pairings, balance, and texture not just ingredientsCare deeply about presentation, glassware, and guest experienceStay current with cocktail trends, techniques, and modern bar programsTake pride in both creative work and operational executionRequirements3+ years in a craft cocktail-focused environment (or equivalent high-level experience)Strong knowledge of spirits, seasonal ingredients, and modern cocktail techniqueA creative, conceptual approach to menu developmentWorking knowledge of wine, beer, coffee, and food pairingsProven leadership ability and team-building skillsStrong organizational skills and ability to perform under pressureExcellent hospitality instincts and communicationTo Apply (Required)Please include one of the following with your application:
