Description:

We're looking for a Bar Manager to lead the bar program for a hospitality concept focused on private events, guided guest experiences, and wine-driven programming. This role is a ideal for someone who enjoys running a tight, organized bar while also contributing to well-executed, guest-focused events.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage bar inventory, ordering, and cost control Execute recurring wine-focused events and assist with planning Support development of seasonal drink menus (within an approval structure) Maintain consistency in pours, recipes, and service standards Track and report event performance (guest count, product usage, cost, waste) Ensure bar organization, cleanliness, and efficiency at all times Collaborate with leadership and front-of-house team on service flow

Qualifications:

Prior bar management or strong bartending experience Solid wine knowledge (formal training a plus, not required) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Comfortable working within established systems and processes Professional, dependable, and team-oriented Available evenings and weekend nights

Pay:

$17.00 - $21.00 per hour
