Hourly + Tips + End-of-Season Bonus. Housing offered if needed. About the Role We are seeking a hands-on, highly organized Bar Manager to oversee bar operations. This is a highly visible, boots-on-the-ground position responsible for keeping daily operations running smoothly and creating an engaging, high-energy atmosphere for guests. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing both hospitality operations and live entertainment scheduling in a fast-paced seasonal environment. Key Responsibilities Bar & Daily Operations Oversee day-to-day operations of the bar and food service Coordinate staff, vendors, and daily service workflows Ensure cleanliness, organization, and operational readiness at all times Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations and licensing requirements Schedule and coordinate all live stage entertainment and performances Work directly with performers, bands, and entertainment vendors Ensure all shows run on time and operate smoothly from setup to teardown Oversee daily operation of specialty entertainment features Help create a lively and engaging guest experience throughout the venue Property & Operations Support Monitor overall condition of bar Coordinate and report maintenance needs Assist ownership with ongoing operational improvements Seasonal Operations Assist with seasonal opening and closing procedures Coordinate winterization of bar Prepare operations for peak tourist season Qualifications Restaurant, bar, or hospitality management experience preferred Experience with live events, entertainment, or talent scheduling is a strong plus Strong organizational skills with excellent follow-through Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, seasonal environment Willingness to be on-site and hands-on during all operating hours Basic maintenance coordination experience is a plus What We're Looking For Self-starter who takes ownership and leads by example Highly reliable, detail-oriented, and accountable Strong problem-solver who stays calm under pressure Energetic, guest-focused, and team-oriented Comfortable working in a visible, high-traffic environment
