Bar Manager

Bar Manager - Join Our Leadership Team We're looking for an experienced, energetic, and hands-on Bar Manager to lead daily bar operations, develop a strong team culture, and deliver an exceptional guest experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads from the floor, and understands the importance of consistency, accountability, and hospitality. Responsibilities Oversee daily bar operations and floor management Create and manage weekly staff schedules based on business needs Train, coach, and develop bartenders and bar staff Teach, implement, and enforce SOPs and standardized bar recipes Maintain high standards for guest service, cleanliness, and presentation Monitor beverage quality, speed of service, and team performance Handle guest concerns professionally and effectively Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and alcohol service standards Assist with inventory control, ordering, waste reduction, and liquor accountability Work alongside management to improve operations and drive sales Qualifications Previous bar management experience required Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage a team in a high-volume environment Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, wine, and bar operations Experience with scheduling and labor management Strong focus on guest satisfaction and team accountability Ability to train staff to follow systems and recipes consistently Nights, weekends, and holidays availability required What We're Looking For A leader who is approachable, professional, and organized Someone who leads by example and holds high standards A manager who can balance hospitality with operational discipline A problem-solver who stays calm under pressure Benefits Competitive pay Opportunities for growth and advancement Fun, fast-paced environment Leadership role with direct impact on team culture and guest experience If you're passionate about hospitality, team development, and running a high-performing bar operation, we'd love to hear from you.

$55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
