Salary Range:

$42,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Bonus Opportunities Bonus Opportunities Mon-Fri Schedule Paid Holidays Career Growth Opportunities Professional Work Environment Team Building Activities Health Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Requirements Current 4-40 License, as required by the State Department of Insurance, to effectively service clients, or be willing and able to obtain all required licenses within the first 90 days of employment. Experience in the insurance industry a plus Moderate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn other appropriate insurance company and firm software systems Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries with a positive and helpful attitude. Provide information about insurance policies, coverage, and procedures. Assist customers with policy changes, billing questions, and general account management. Document customer interactions and update records accurately. Liaise with other departments to resolve customer issues. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through attentive service. Contribute to a positive team environment.
