Sahalee hosts first class golf events for men, women and juniors along with its outstanding social activities and an unmatched dining experience. We are seeking an experienced and hospitality-focused Bar Manager to oversee daily bar operations at our private country club. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional member service, lead and develop bar staff, maintain beverage quality standards, and manage inventory and cost controls in a professional club environment. Responsibilities Oversee daily bar operations and service standards Hire, train, schedule, and supervise bar staff Maintain inventory, ordering, and liquor cost controls Ensure compliance with alcohol service regulations Coordinate beverage service for club events and private functions Deliver outstanding members and guest experiences Qualifications Previous bar management experience required Private club, fine dining, or upscale hospitality experience preferred Strong leadership and customer service skills Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktails, and inventory management Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Benefits 80,500-85,000 Paid time off, health insurance, club privileges.
