Job Description

Job Summary We are searching for an energetic and experienced Bar Manager to lead our bar operations and create memorable experiences for our guests. In this role, you'll oversee daily bar activities, manage staff, and ensure that service runs smoothly in a lively, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, has a strong background in food and beverage management, and enjoys leading a team to deliver top-notch customer service. Duties Oversee all aspects of bar operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service. Train and develop bar staff to ensure they meet service standards and safety regulations. Manage beverage menu creation, including selecting drinks, pricing, and ensuring quality consistency. Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Toast POS.. Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in compliance with food safety regulations and hospitality guidelines. Monitor stock levels regularly, order supplies as needed, and control costs to stay within budget. Supervise shift schedules, coordinate staff rotations, and ensure efficient staffing during busy hours. Skills Proven experience in restaurant or bar management with a focus on food preparation and beverage service. Strong knowledge of POS systems Toast for efficient transaction handling. Excellent leadership skills with experience in staff training, supervising, and team management. Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures in casual dining or fine dining settings. Ability to manage inventory control effectively and implement cost-saving strategies. Skilled in customer service with a friendly approach that enhances guest satisfaction. $42,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
