Support food preparation tasks including basic chopping, assembling ingredients, and organizing kitchen stations. Maintain cleanliness of all dining and bar areas through regular sweeping, mopping, and trash disposal. Help with bussing tables by clearing dishes and resetting tables promptly to enhance guest satisfaction. Handle food handling duties with care, following safety protocols to prevent contamination or spoilage. Support catering and banquet events by setting up stations, clearing after service, and ensuring all areas meet hygiene standards. Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key! Familiarity with food handling procedures and cleaning protocols to ensure health and safety compliance. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks with energy and efficiency. Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting colleagues during busy shifts. Basic understanding of food preparation, bussing, serving, or kitchen experience is a plus.
