Your expertise will help ensure that every dish served meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and presentation. Responsibilities Prepare and assemble meals with precision, adhering to established recipes and safety guidelines Assist in menu planning to introduce new dishes and optimize existing offerings based on customer preferences Handle food with care, maintaining proper food safety and sanitation standards at all times Support kitchen operations by performing food preparation tasks such as chopping, mixing, cooking, and plating Serve food efficiently and courteously to guests, ensuring a positive dining experience Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and equipment in compliance with health regulations Collaborate with team members to coordinate catering events or special meal services when required Qualifications Prior experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is highly desirable Strong background in food handling, cooking, and meal preparation within restaurant or catering settings Knowledge of menu planning and culinary techniques, including knife skills and food presentation Experience working in fine dining environments or the food industry is a plus Familiarity with food safety protocols and sanitation practices to ensure health standards are met Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude Join us to make a difference through your culinary talents!
