Your proactive attitude will help maintain a lively atmosphere, support bartenders and servers, and deliver delicious food and beverages promptly to our guests. Duties Assist bartenders by restocking supplies, garnishes, glassware, and ensuring the bar area remains organized and clean throughout service. Deliver food orders from the kitchen to dining tables efficiently, maintaining food quality and presentation standards. Clear used dishes, glasses, and utensils from tables promptly to keep the dining area tidy and ready for new guests. Support servers by bussing tables, resetting them quickly for incoming guests, and providing friendly guest interactions. Monitor cleanliness of service stations, bar area, and dining spaces to uphold health and safety standards. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding order accuracy or special requests using POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS. Assist in setting up banquet or event spaces as needed, ensuring all food safety protocols are followed. Requirements Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred. Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations. Experience with serving, bussing, or supporting restaurant operations is a plus. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders efficiently. Ability to handle food preparation tasks when necessary and support kitchen staff during busy periods. Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and engaging with guests professionally. Previous banquet or hotel experience is advantageous but not required; a strong willingness to learn is essential.
