Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clarity and efficiency Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks promptly, maintaining high standards of food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring overall guest happiness Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to support smooth operations Use reservation systems like OpenTable to manage bookings and optimize seating arrangements for maximum efficiency Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining or nightclub settings Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; familiarity with OpenTable is a plus Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering and cash handling procedures Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts Culinary experience or food industry background is preferred but not required Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques Basic math skills for accurate bill calculation and cash reconciliation Experience in serving, bussing, hosting/hostess duties, or related roles is highly desirable Join us to be part of a vibrant team where your energy makes every guest's experience unforgettable!
