Job Qualifications:

Proficiency in performing haircuts, hair styling, beard grooming, waxing, camo services, manicures and pedicures for guys Excellent communication and customer service skills, while also demonstrating excellent cleanliness and sanitation skills. Artists must be licensed and able to comply with all regulations per state guidelines. The candidate should be sales-driven while providing a consistent "white glove experience" to all clients, be outgoing, cheerful, engaging, energetic, resourceful, imaginative, goal-oriented, and believe in promoting the established culture and mission.

Specifically:

Able to work a minimum of 24 hours per week on a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Part time positions are also available. Barbering/Cosmetology/Hair Styling Services Job Duties:

Reporting to the General Manager and to the Assistant Manager when the GM is not present. Perform haircuts and beard grooming with precision for each member/guest. Ensure a "white glove" standard of service is maintained during service and throughout the shop. Ensure members/guests feel welcome upon arrival for their appointments. Recommend upgraded/premium services and future visits, and promote retail grooming products. Stock and maintain stations in accordance with the shop's operating procedures. Assist with washing and folding of all linens used in the shop when needed. Arrive prior to the start of shift with time to prepare for the day. Maintain and increase knowledge of all service offerings and new products by attending in-house instruction, required continuing education courses, and new product promotions.
