As a Barber, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality haircuts, shaves, and grooming services while ensuring client satisfaction. Responsibilities Provide professional barbering services including haircuts, shaves, and beard trims. Consult with clients to understand their grooming needs and preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area in accordance with health and safety regulations. Stay updated on the latest trends in hairstyles and grooming techniques. Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business. Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximize service delivery. Adhere to all sanitation and sterilization protocols to ensure client safety. Skills Proficient in using various barbering tools and equipment. Strong knowledge of EHR systems, EMR systems, and medical terminology is a plus. Experience in patient care, particularly in settings such as geriatrics, pediatrics, or family medicine is beneficial. Familiarity with basic life support techniques and infection control practices. Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient service and client interaction. Ability to perform physical examinations and patient assessments effectively. Knowledge of dermatology practices including wound care and skin treatment options is advantageous. Experience in managing care plans for diverse populations including those requiring acute pain management or post-operative care is preferred.
