Your expertise in various styling techniques and commitment to customer satisfaction will be essential in building lasting relationships with our clientele. Duties Perform haircuts tailored to individual client needs. Provide consultations to clients regarding their desired looks and recommend appropriate services. Stay updated on the latest trends in men's haircuts. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, tools, and equipment. Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and managing client records. Mentor junior stylists or apprentices, sharing knowledge of techniques and best practices. Skills Experience in mentoring or training others within the salon environment. Familiarity with front desk operations within a salon setting. Valid barber or cosmetology license in any of the 50 US States with a strong foundation in clipper cuts.
