Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair Engage warmly with customers, taking orders accurately and providing friendly service to foster loyalty Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions efficiently and accurately Maintain cleanliness of the café area, including food preparation stations, seating areas, and equipment Handle cash, credit card transactions, and perform basic math calculations for accurate cash handling Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures to ensure a safe environment for all guests Assist with food preparation and serving snacks or light menu items as needed during busy periods Requirements Previous barista experience or background in food service within a café or retail environment is preferred Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities Basic math skills for cash handling, sales calculations, and retail math accuracy Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Ability to stand for extended periods, move quickly between tasks, and work well under pressure Reliable availability for flexible part-time hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays Embark on a rewarding journey where your enthusiasm fuels memorable moments!
