The Barista is responsible for preparing high-quality drinks, providing excellent customer service, maintaining cleanliness, and helping create a welcoming atmosphere for every guest. Responsibilities Prepare espresso drinks, coffees, teas, smoothies, refreshers, Italian sodas, and energy drinks Take customer orders accurately and process payments through the POS system Maintain speed and accuracy during busy periods Keep workstations, counters, and equipment clean and sanitized Restock cups, syrups, milk, lids, straws, and other supplies Open and close the coffee stand following company procedures Monitor inventory and notify management when supplies are low Follow food safety and health department guidelines Provide friendly and professional customer service Maintain knowledge of menu items and drink recipes Assist with daily cleaning tasks and side work Qualifications Customer service experience preferred Coffee or food service experience is a plus, but not required Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and strong communication skills Reliable transportation and punctual attendance Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds Oregon Food Handler Card (or willingness to obtain before starting) Preferred Skills Experience using espresso machines and grinders Basic cash handling and POS experience Ability to memorize recipes and customize drinks Team-oriented mindset with strong work ethic Schedule Part-time or full-time positions available Weekend and holiday availability preferred Flexible scheduling Pay Hourly wage + tips Opportunity for raises and advancement based on performance Work Environment Fast-paced drive-thru coffee stand environment requiring teamwork, efficiency, cleanliness, and excellent guest interaction
