Duties Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision Engage with customers warmly, providing excellent service and answering questions about menu items Handle cash, credit card payments, and perform cashiering duties accurately using POS systems Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food handling and food safety practices Assist with food preparation and services Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality Experience Previous barista experience in a café or food service environment is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order calculations Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Experience in the food industry or retail math is advantageous but not mandatory We're dedicated to supporting your growth through comprehensive training, a lively team environment, and opportunities to sharpen your skills in the food industry.
