Position:

We're looking for an energetic, reliable, and creative Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate has a love for great coffee, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys connecting with people. If you care about good vibes, good design, and great drinks, you'll fit right in.

Responsibilities:

Craft espresso drinks, teas, and specialty beverages to SOGO standards Engage with customers and create a friendly, welcoming atmosphere Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and seating areas Prepare syrups and ingredients for daily service Handle cash, Toast POS orders, and online pickups Support merchandising and restocking (beans, retail items, skate gear, etc.) Contribute ideas for seasonal drinks and creative specials

Qualifications:

Prior barista or café experience Strong communication and customer service skills Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Ability to work mornings, weekends, and occasional events Passion for coffee culture and community
