You can pour consistent latte art and maintain quality even when the ticket rail is full. ∙

Reliability:

You're punctual, professional, and ready to contribute to a positive team culture. The Day-to-Day ∙ Crafting espresso-based drinks, matcha, and smoothies with speed (3-8 min window) and precision. ∙ Anticipating store needs—checking FIFO, managing inventory, and communicating with the Bar Manager. ∙ Maintaining a clean, organized 'flow' in a loud, energetic environment (blenders, juicers, and music!). ∙ Ensuring every guest feels the Dialog Café culture from the moment they order Qualifications and Requirements ∙

Availability:

Must have open availability and be willing to work nights and weekends. Great attendance record is a must ∙

Experience:

Previous high-volume barista experience is required in third wave setting and smoothie production setting. Must be able to produce latte art consistently ∙

Credentials:

Food Handlers Certification (or ability to get one). ∙

Physicality:

Comfortable with 'on-your-feet' work and the noise of a busy gym-adjacent café.
