Responsibilities:

☕ Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso drinks, and teas with precision and consistency. ? Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service and build relationships with guests. ? Operate and maintain coffee equipment, including espresso machines and grinders. ? Craft specialty drinks with attention to presentation and detail. ? Maintain inventory, restock supplies, and ensure a clean and organized workspace. ? Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and quality. ? Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications:

✅ Previous barista experience preferred, but we're willing to train the right person with a great attitude! ✅ Passion for coffee and a strong desire to learn and grow in the craft. ✅ Excellent customer service and communication skills. ✅ Ability to multitask and work under pressure. ✅ Flexible availability, including mornings, weekends, and holidays.
