Job Overview We're looking for a dependable, positive team member to join our coffee shop! This is a part-time position working both the drive-thru window and bar, helping create a fast, friendly, and high-quality experience for every customer. You'll be responsible for taking orders, preparing drinks, managing workflow during busy shifts, and helping keep the shop running smoothly. If you're someone who can stay organized, move with urgency, and keep a good attitude under pressure, you'll do great here. Responsibilities Take customer orders at the drive-thru window with accuracy and friendliness Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, and other menu items Help manage task flow during busy hours (prioritizing drinks, restocking, cleaning) Maintain a clean and organized workspace Work as part of a team to keep service fast and consistent Handle cash/card transactions What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and reliability (this matters most) Ability to multitask and stay focused in a fast-paced environment Friendly, upbeat attitude with customers and coworkers Good communication and basic problem-solving skills Barista or customer service experience is a plus, but not required Perks Free drink every shift ☕ Employee discounts on food and drinks Supportive, team-focused environment Schedule Part-time (morning/afternoon shifts, may include weekends)
