Position Overview:

Premium Production is seeking a Quality Control Lab Technician to join our growing team. You will be responsible for ensuring that all raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods meet our rigorous quality standards and FDA regulations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses strong analytical skills, and values clear communication to maintain a cohesive and high-trust team environment.

What You'll Do:

Perform and record results for particle size analysis, sensory testing, moisture analysis, and AQL standards. Analyze incoming raw materials to ensure they align with client specifications. Strictly follow SOPs, GLP, and cGMP (21 CFR Part 111) guidelines. Maintain accurate digital records in Google Workspace. Perform daily calibrations and routine maintenance on scales and analytical equipment. Work closely with production and Quality Assurance to communicate test results and deviations; coordinate with 3rd-party labs for external testing. What we're looking for: High school diploma or GED Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology, Food Science, or related field of study preferred Lab certification, or equivalent lab experience; or working on a degreed program, or relevant lab experience preferred Ability to follow written standard operating procedures (SOPs) precisely and consistently. Hourly, $20.50 - $22.50
