Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of boba/coffee beverages, teas, and other specialty drinks with precision and flair Engage warmly with customers, providing friendly service and answering questions about menu items Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently Manage cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations to ensure correct transactions Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in food preparation and service areas Handle food handling responsibilities including food safety protocols and proper food preparation techniques Support inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product freshness Assist in maintaining a tidy, organized café environment that promotes excellent customer experiences Requirements Previous barista experience or strong boba/coffee experience is preferred, along with a passion for the food industry Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Excellent time management skills to handle busy service periods efficiently Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and serving best practices Ability to perform retail math including cash handling, sales calculations, and basic math skills Experience in food preparation, serving, cashiering, or retail math is advantageous Must be able to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment Join us as a Barista where your enthusiasm fuels great boba and coffee moments!
