The Barista is responsible for delivering exceptional beverage service while creating a welcoming and memorable experience for guests. This role prepares high-quality coffee and specialty drinks, maintains a clean and inviting café environment, and provides friendly, attentive service that reflects the ranch resort's hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other specialty beverages to established standards Greet guests warmly and provide prompt, courteous service Maintain in-depth knowledge of menu offerings, including seasonal beverages and food items Handle guest orders accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, equipment, and service areas Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking supplies as needed Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations Support additional food and beverage operations as needed Address guest questions or concerns in a professional and friendly manner Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment Lift and carry up to 25 lbs Ability to stand and move for up to 7 hours per shift

Qualifications:

Previous barista or food and beverage experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Basic math skills and comfort handling transactions Flexible schedule, including mornings, weekends, and holidays

Work Environment:

This role operates within a café or dining outlet at a ranch resort, requiring standing for extended periods, frequent guest interaction, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting. Early mornings and peak service times are common
