Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and care. Operate POS (Point of Sale) TOAST Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner to ensure a positive experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food preparation stations and seating areas. Follow food safety standards and proper food handling procedures to ensure quality and safety. Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while maintaining accuracy in orders. Assist with inventory management, restocking supplies, and ensuring all equipment is functioning properly. Requirements Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order calculations. Understanding of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques. Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Experience with serving food and beverages in a café or retail setting is a plus.
