Our café and counter service reflect the same care and attention as our kitchen—simple, efficient, and warm. Position Summary The Cafe & Counter Associate is responsible for providing friendly, efficient service to guests in a counter-service environment. This role includes taking orders, handling payments, preparing beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized café space. This position also includes the slicing of meats and cheeses in a deli style setting, and running food to guests. The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, guest-facing role. Key Responsibilities Greet guests and provide warm, knowledgeable counter service Take orders accurately and handle cash and POS transactions Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and café items according to standards Slice meats and cheeses at the deli counter Deliver food to tables Package food for dine-in and takeout orders Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter, café, and guest areas Restock supplies and assist with inventory as needed Answer guest questions about the menu and offerings Work collaboratively with kitchen and café teams to ensure smooth service Qualifications Previous café, counter service, or hospitality experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work mornings, weekends, and holidays Comfort with POS systems and handling payments Attention to detail, cleanliness, and organization Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs What We Offer Competitive hourly compensation, based on experience Participation in Employee Tip Pool Opportunity to grow within a quality-focused café and restaurant A supportive, team-oriented work environment Staff meals and additional benefits, where applicable

Pay:
