Cafe Barista & Hospitality Host Thatcher Hotel Thatcher Hotel is looking for a fun, outgoing, and energetic individual to join our team as a Cafe Barista and Hospitality Host . This is a dynamic, guest-facing role perfect for someone who enjoys staying busy and creating memorable experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Cafe Duties:

Prepare and prep cafe food items daily (food prep is required) Make coffee, beverages, and light bites Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe restock supplies Assist with cafe-related events and activities

Hospitality Host Duties:

Welcome guests and provide exceptional customer service Assist with guest check-in and check-out Respond to guest needs and ensure a comfortable stay Support hotel operations as needed

What We're Looking For:

Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for interacting with people High energy and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated "go-getter" attitude Strong multitasking and communication skills A dependable team player who takes direction well and follows through on tasks Comfort with basic food preparation tasks Barista experience is a plus, but not required
