Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and other drinks with attention to quality and presentation Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate cash handling and sales transactions Greet customers warmly, take orders efficiently, and provide outstanding customer service to enhance their experience Assist in food preparation and food handling tasks, ensuring adherence to food safety standards Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen spaces in compliance with health regulations Manage cash register operations, including cash handling, basic math calculations, and receipt issuance Support inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product freshness throughout shifts Qualifications Previous barista experience or coffee industry knowledge is highly desirable Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong time management skills to handle busy periods effectively Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor Ability to perform food preparation tasks safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Experience in retail or food service environments preferred but not required Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering memorable café experiences!
