Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the speech-language pathologist in delivering therapy services to students with speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Support the development and implementation of individualized therapy plans.
• Document student progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school policies.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support student communication goals.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall support of student success.

Qualifications:

• Experience or certification as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant, specifically in a school setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with students, families, and educational staff.
• Ability to follow clinical protocols and work under the supervision of a licensed speech-language pathologist.
• Organizational skills to manage caseload and documentation efficiently.
• Commitment to fostering a positive and supportive learning environment.
