Do you have a passion for coffee and customer service? We're looking for energetic and friendly Baristas to join our team! As a Barista, you'll craft delicious drinks, provide top-notch service, and create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Whether you're a seasoned pro or new to the coffee scene, we offer training and growth opportunities to help you thrive! All baristas will also be trained in the back of the house because we want all employees cross trained and ready to jump in wherever needed in the cafe.

What You'll Do:

Greet customers with a friendly attitude and take orders efficiently Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages Maintain a clean and organized workstation while following food safety guidelines Memorize recipes and consistently craft drinks to company standards Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere Restock ingredients, cups, and supplies to keep service running smoothly

What We're Looking For:

A positive, friendly personality with great customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively Previous barista or food service experience is a plus, but we're happy to train! Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs Availability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed If you love coffee and connecting with people, we'd love to have you on our team.
