Barista + Roastery Operations Specialist (Part Time)

As a Barista + Roastery Operations Specialist at Lizzy's Fresh Coffee, you'll craft delicious drinks, guide customers to their perfect roasted coffee, and help them discover the brewing gear, mugs, and accessories that make coffee at home just as fun as visiting us. We'll train you in everything from espresso to pour-over — no prior coffee experience needed. Lizzy's is an award-winning coffee roastery, located in Ketchum, Idaho. We roast to order from world's best coffees and ship nationwide to retail and wholesale customers. Job Details Schedule:

Hourly 3-5 days per week, Monday-Friday ~16-20hours

Shift Hour Examples:

7am-12:30pm, 8am-11am, 9am-1pm

Month of May 6 annual paid company holiday Core tasks: Morning coffee bar & retail customer service. Customer kindness, order taking, roasted coffee & equipment sales, & drink preparation.
