Barista/Cashier(FULL-TIME)

Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and care Greet customers warmly, taking orders accurately and efficiently at the POS (Point of Sale) system Manage cash handling and POS transactions using systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to ensure accuracy Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in food preparation and serving areas Assist with food handling, basic food preparation, and serving snacks or light meals as needed Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and creating a positive atmosphere Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality Requirements Prior barista experience with knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and beverage customization Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly preferred Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor Ability to handle cash transactions accurately using cash handling procedures and retail math skills Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills for sales calculations, cash handling, and inventory management Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures in a café or food industry setting Ability to stand for extended periods, walk comfortably around the café area, and lift moderate loads when necessary This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow their career in the food service industry.
