Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, beverages, and light food items with precision and care Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process sales accurately and efficiently Greet customers warmly, take orders, and provide personalized service to enhance their café experience Handle cash transactions, perform cash handling duties, and ensure accurate cashiering using POS systems Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food handling and food safety standards Manage time effectively to serve customers promptly during busy periods while maintaining quality standards Assist with food preparation and serving, ensuring all food safety protocols are followed Requirements Previous barista experience with knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and beverage customization Experience in retail or food service environments with strong customer service skills Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is preferred Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting Basic math skills for cash handling, sales calculations, and retail math accuracy Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling procedures, and proper sanitation standards Ability to work full-time hours including weekends and holidays as needed Strong communication skills with a positive attitude to engage with customers and team members Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering top-quality service while growing your career in the vibrant world of café culture!
