Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders quickly and accurately Handle cash, credit card transactions, and food handling with integrity and accuracy Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the café area, including food preparation and serving Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, addressing inquiries, and ensuring satisfaction Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and smooth operations Assist in inventory management, restocking supplies, and maintaining a tidy workspace Experience Previous barista experience or coffee industry knowledge is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS enhances efficiency in transaction processing Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities Experience in food handling, food safety protocols, and basic math for retail math calculations Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of food preparation techniques relevant to café or retail food service environments Basic cash handling skills combined with strong time management capabilities Embark on a rewarding journey in the food industry by joining our team—where your passion for coffee, dedication to service, and commitment to excellence will shine!
