Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks and beverages with precision and flair, ensuring quality standards are met. Greet customers warmly, take their orders accurately, and provide friendly assistance throughout their visit. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions swiftly and accurately. Manage cash handling responsibilities with integrity, including cash register operation and balancing at shift end. Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the café area, including food preparation and food handling procedures. Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product freshness. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Experience Prior barista experience or coffee industry background is highly preferred to ensure confidence in beverage preparation. Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous for efficient transaction processing. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks during busy periods seamlessly. Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order processing. Knowledge of food safety standards, food preparation techniques, and proper food handling procedures.
