In this role, you will be the face of our bar, creating a welcoming atmosphere while serving drinks and providing top-notch customer service. The ideal candidate is passionate about mixology, enjoys engaging with guests, and thrives in lively environments such as nightclubs, fine dining venues, or banquet settings. Your expertise will help ensure our guests have memorable experiences and leave eager to return. Responsibilities Mix and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS. Engage with guests in a friendly manner, taking orders, answering questions about drinks, and offering recommendations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards. Manage cash handling and cashiering duties with accuracy, including processing payments and giving correct change. Support the team during busy hours by multitasking between serving drinks, restocking supplies, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Follow all health regulations related to alcohol service, food safety, and responsible beverage service practices. Assist in setting up catering or banquet events when needed, ensuring timely service and presentation. Skills Prior experience as a bartender or in the food industry is preferred; experience in fine dining or nightclubs is a plus. Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order entry and sales tracking. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude. Good time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently during peak hours. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and measuring drink ingredients accurately. Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
