Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, engaging with customers, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere in our establishment. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and stocked. Engage with customers, providing recommendations and ensuring a positive dining experience. Process transactions accurately using the Aloha POS system or cash register. Monitor customer behavior to ensure compliance with alcohol service regulations and promote responsible drinking. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service and address any guest inquiries or concerns. Uphold food safety standards in accordance with health regulations. Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure prompt service. Qualifications Previous experience in a bartending role within a restaurant or nightclub setting is preferred. Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktail recipes, and beverage presentation. Familiarity with Aloha POS systems or similar point-of-sale technology is advantageous. Excellent math skills for handling cash transactions and making change accurately. Outstanding hospitality skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment for guests. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during peak hours. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential. Must be of legal drinking age as per local laws.
