Duties Prepare and serve a wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience and foster repeat business. Manage POS systems such as Toast POS for accurate order processing and cash handling. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashing out customers and balancing registers at shift end. Support food service operations by serving snacks or light meals when required, especially during busy nightclub or banquet events. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours, including catering or banquet functions. Monitor guest behavior and ensure responsible alcohol service in accordance with licensing laws. Experience Proven experience as a bartender in fast-paced environments such as nightclubs, fine dining establishments, or banquet settings. Familiarity with POS systems like Toast POS is highly desirable for efficient order management. Strong knowledge of food safety practices, alcohol serving regulations, and responsible beverage service protocols. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders seamlessly during busy periods. Previous experience working in the food industry, retail math, or hospitality roles that require cash handling and basic math skills. Ability to deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining professionalism under pressure. Experience with brewing or beverage crafting is a plus for creating signature drinks that delight guests.
