Bartender

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
• Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
• Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
• Assist in the kitchen with food preparation and plating as needed
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns or complaints promptly
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operation of the bar

Experience:

• Previous bartending experience preferred, but not required
• Knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages, cocktails, and mixology techniques
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure Please note that this position may also involve occasional banquet bartending duties, assisting with bussing tables, and providing hospitality services in a hotel setting.
