Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to recipes and presentation standards. Engage with guests in a friendly, lively manner to enhance their experience and promote a welcoming atmosphere. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and stocked for efficient service. Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure compliance with all safety regulations. Manage cash register operations, process payments accurately, and handle tabs efficiently. Collaborate with team members to coordinate bar service during busy periods, ensuring timely delivery of drinks. Stay informed about current drink trends, menu updates, and promotional events to provide knowledgeable recommendations to guests. Skills Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar customer-facing role within the hospitality industry. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests in a lively environment. Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, drink recipes, and responsible alcohol service practices. Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail under pressure. Exceptional communication skills to take orders accurately and interact positively with team members. Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift supplies as needed.
