The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Experience in a nightclub or restaurant setting is preferred. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Operate the Aloha POS system for processing orders and managing cash handling efficiently. Assist with catering events as needed, ensuring timely service and presentation of drinks. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during peak hours. Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs to management. Uphold responsible alcohol service practices to promote guest safety. Qualifications Proven experience as a Bartender in a nightclub or restaurant setting is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of bartending techniques, cocktail recipes, and food safety practices. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a friendly atmosphere for guests. Proficient in basic math skills for accurate cash handling and sales transactions. Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
