Bartender

Job Description Come be a part of the fun, dynamic, and growing team at Ada's Kitchen in the heart of Downtown Rockland! We're looking for an enthusiastic, service-driven Bartender to join us in crafting great drinks and even better guest experiences. Pay rate is based on base pay plus generous tips.

Job duties include:

Preparing and serving a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks Engaging warmly with guests, taking orders, and making personalized recommendations Mixing and garnishing drinks with attention to quality and presentation Maintaining a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area Understanding our full drink menu and the ingredients in each offering Accurately handling cash, credit card transactions, and customer tabs Adhering to all food safety and alcohol service regulations Monitoring customer alcohol intake and ensuring responsible service Working alongside servers and the kitchen team to ensure seamless service Cleaning and maintaining bar tools, glassware, and equipment Keeping up with the latest trends in mixology and beverage culture Upselling featured cocktails, events, and promotions Addressing customer concerns professionally and escalating when needed Participating in staff meetings and trainings Assisting with bar opening and closing duties This is a year-round position with part-time and full-time opportunities available.
