We're looking for an experienced, personable bartender who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for every guest who walks through the door. What We Offer Full-time position $10/hour plus tips Fun, energetic workplace in one of Hilton Head's busiest tourist destinations Supportive team environment focused on hospitality and teamwork Opportunity to work with a high-volume, established restaurant Responsibilities Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for guests and service staff Provide friendly, attentive service and create a welcoming guest experience Take drink and food orders while engaging naturally with guests Make cocktail, beer, and wine recommendations Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar Accurately handle tabs, payments, and POS transactions Verify guest identification and follow all alcohol service laws Work efficiently during high-volume service while maintaining professionalism Support the team and contribute to a positive workplace culture Qualifications Previous bartending experience required Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and responsible alcohol service Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills Reliable, professional, and team-oriented Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure South Carolina Alcohol Server Certificate preferred or ability to obtain If you enjoy coastal hospitality, meeting new people every day, and being part of a hardworking team in the heart of Hilton Head Island, we'd love to hear from you.
