Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to ensure an outstanding customer experience Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and alcohol regulations Handle cash transactions efficiently, ensuring accuracy in retail math and cashiering procedures Restock bar supplies regularly and monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages during busy hours Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering or banquet events to ensure seamless service delivery Uphold responsible serving practices by verifying guest IDs and monitoring alcohol consumption Skills Proven experience in food service or hospitality environments, especially within fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order entry and cash handling Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume service times Excellent customer service abilities with a friendly attitude and effective communication skills Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol serving practices Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly for billing, tips, and inventory management Experience with catering events or large-scale banquet service is a plus Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under pressure in fast-paced environments such as nightclubs or busy restaurants Join us to be part of a vibrant team that values enthusiasm, professionalism, and exceptional guest experiences.
