Bartender Spitfire Tacos + Tequila — McCall, Idaho Spitfire McCall is looking for a Bartender who can sling margaritas, read a room, survive a rush, and somehow still make people feel like they're having the best night of their lives. This is not a "stand around and look mysterious with a bar towel" job. This is a move-fast, stay-sharp, make-it-delicious, keep-the-vibes-alive kind of job. We need someone who can handle tequila, tacos, tourists, locals, chaos, questions, tabs, ice shortages, spilled things, and at least three people saying "surprise me" in the same five-minute window. What You'll Do Make cocktails, margaritas, beer, wine, and NA drinks without losing your will to live Keep the bar clean, stocked, and functioning like an adult is in charge Talk to guests like you actually enjoy humans Move quickly without looking panicked, even when everyone knows it's absolutely happening Follow recipes, pours, liquor laws, sanitation rules, and basic common sense Ring in orders accurately because chaos is expensive Cut people off when needed with confidence, kindness, and the energy of someone who has seen things Help servers, managers, and teammates keep the whole operation from bursting into flames Do side work, prep work, closing work, and the mysterious bar tasks no one understands until they become a bartender You Might Be Our Person If You have bartending experience and know your way around a shaker You can multitask without spiraling publicly You're fast, friendly, clean, and not allergic to teamwork You know tequila is not a personality, but it can be a career path You can handle busy shifts, loud guests, weird requests, and peak-season McCall energy You show up on time, ready to work, with shoes on and a functional attitude You can work nights, weekends, holidays, and the days everyone else suddenly "has plans" The Vibe We're fun, but we're not feral. We move fast, but we care about quality. We joke around, but we get the job done. We love a good personality, but we love reliability even more. Requirements Must be legal age to serve alcohol in Idaho Previous bartending experience preferred Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs Must be available for nights, weekends, holidays, and seasonal rushes Must be able to remain mostly composed while the printer screams Compensation Competitive hourly wage plus tips. Actual compensation depends on experience, availability, and your ability to not disappear when the bar gets slammed.
