Essential Functions:

Mix ingredients such as liquor, soda, water, sugar, and bitters to prepare cocktails and other drinks Follow proper cash handling procedures Complete orders for beverages and supplies Arrange bottles and glasses to make attractive display Maintain a clean and neat work area Slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks Wash bar glasses/dishes Checks ID for all guests and complies with state and federal laws Demonstrates effective sales techniques to upsell food and beverage products Responds to questions and special requests Provides information and directions Other reasonable duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED a plus but not required Hospitality or related industry experience Previous experience in high-volume, fine dining bar-tending or banquet bar-tending

Physical Requirements:
