M.) to join our culinary team at The Resort at Longboat Key Club. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes during the lunch & evening shifts, ensuring consistency, presentation, and adherence to health and safety standards. The ideal candidate is passionate about food, able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and committed to delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Responsibilities Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards during the evening shift. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstation. Assist in food preparation and portioning as needed. Ensure all food is stored and maintained according to safety protocols. Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth and timely service. Follow all sanitation and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Requirements Previous experience as a Line Cook or similar role is preferred. Knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety standards. Ability to work evening shifts and remain on your feet for extended periods. Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed. Benefits Competitive hourly wage of $20.00
